Bank of Wolcott’s Alerts and Notifications service delivers frequent or scheduled account alerts to you via email message so you’ll always know what’s happening with your accounts and your money.


Online Banking Application

You can quickly and easily customize your account alerts with threshold dollar amounts and schedule the frequency of updates. The service is designed to make it more convenient to securely manage your account. You can even set up Alerts & Notifications from the Bank of Wolcott Online Banking or Mobile Banking App.

Alert types

  • High Balance - You will receive an alert if your checking/savings balance is greater than the set dollar amount.
  • Low Balance - You will receive an alert if your checking/savings balance is less than the set dollar amount.
  • Pending ACH - You will receive an alert if you have pending ACH items on your checking/savings account.
  • Available Balance - You will receive an alert on the set day of the week, displaying your checking/savings account balance. The frequency can be set weekly, monthly, or annually.
  • Check Cleared - You will receive an alert when the specific check clears your account displaying the check number.
  • Deposit - You will receive an alert if your checking/savings account has a posted deposit greater than the set dollar amount.
  • Debit - You will receive an alert if your checking/savings account has a posted debit greater than the set dollar amount.
  • NSF Items Today - You will receive an alert of all NSF items to your checking/savings account for that day.
  • Online Transfer - You will receive an alert of all online transfers made to you checking/savings account for that day.
  • Failed Transaction - You will receive an alert when there is a failed transaction on your checking/savings account.

Get Started Now

  • Using Online Banking:
    • Log in to Online Banking.
    • Hover over the "Settings" tab.
    • Choose "Alerts" and then select the account alert that you wish to receive.
  • Using Mobile Banking:
    • Log in to the Mobile App.
    • Tap the "Menu" icon in the lower left corner of the screen.
    • Select "Manage Alerts" and turn on the alerts you wish to receive.
